Cost: The registration fee is USD 3,900, which includes download of course materials and lunch for 6 days, but not accommodation.

Accommodations:  Named after the beloved wife of Hawaiʻi’s last reigning King, the historical Queen Kapiolani Hotel is conveniently located one block to Waikiki Beach and near the Honolulu Zoo, Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Shell and Waikiki Aquarium. A block of rooms is reserved for the course, and the reservation cut-off date is December 26, 2024. The Government per diem rate will apply to those with government ID. When you register, we will provide further information to allow you to book rooms for the course. The group room rates are applicable three (3) nights prior and three (3) nights after, and the normal resort/hospitality fee has been waived.
