  • THSOA Corporate Member: $1,800.00 Includes two (2) registrations Per Booth 
  • Non THSOA Corporate Member: $1,950.00 Includes two (2) registrations Per Booth 

Additional Exhibitor Staff

  • Additional Exhibitor Full Conference Member and/or Non-Member $490.00 (Monday-Thursday)

Exhibitor Guidelines

  • Your Exhibit table payment includes TWO registration passes to staff the table.
  • Each exhibitor is provided with a standard clothed and skirted six-foot table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket within a 10x10 booth space.
  • Pull-Up banners are allowed. You are welcome to place anything you wish ON your six-foot table as long as it does not interfere with your neighboring exhibitor in height or width. NOTHING is to be placed in front of or to the side of your table such as literature racks etc.
  • Please bring your own table cover (some bring a company logo table cover)
  • Electricity is included. Please plan to bring a power cord for your laptops/monitors etc. (1st version of exhibitor packet stated electricity had to be rented per booth; this is not the case.)
  • Complimentary WiFi will be supplied in the Exhibit Hall. Additional Internet (such as hardwired) services can be rented via CDS.
  • There is no "wall space" for banners to be fixed or hung on the wall behind your table.
  • 2x Chairs WILL BE provided to each booth space. There should be room behind each table for 1-2 attendees to stand/sit and greet visitors. There is some room under each table for storing your materials and a few boxes.
  • Carpet will NOT be provided in the Exhibit Hall however you can choose to bring your own OR we are working with CDS for further options.
  • Exhibit Hall hours: Tues 9:45 am - 8:00 pm, Wed 9:30 am - 7:00 pm, Thurs 10:25 am - 4:30 pm
  • Exhibitor Set Up is Mon 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM and Tear Down is Thur 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM
